Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Chicken, Xenopus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:1000)
Specificity and Use
RPS6KA1 / RSK1 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr573 of human p90RSK (90kD) (KLH coupled).
Detects endogenous human p90RSK protein only when phosphorylated at Thr573. Species cross-reactivity: Hamster, mouse and rat. Predicted to cross-react with chicken and Xenopus based on sequence homology.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000.
PBS. No stabilizing proteins added. No preservative added.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase that acts downstream of ERK (MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK3/ERK1) signaling and mediates mitogenic and stress-induced activation of the transcription factors CREB1, ETV1/ER81 and NR4A1/NUR77, regulates translation through RPS6 and EIF4B phosphorylation, and mediates cellular proliferation, survival, and differentiation by modulating mTOR signaling and repressing pro-apoptotic function of BAD and DAPK1.
