This antibody recognizes the N-terminus of the ~90kD human Mps1 kinase. Reactivity was confirmed with nocodazole treated HeLa cell lysates.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and ELISA. Immunofluorescence: 5-10 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 ug/ IP reaction. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Note: For immunofluorescent assays, it is recommended that cells are fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100. Methanol and acetone fixatives can also be used.
