Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About RPL27A

P46776 NM_000990 NP_000981.1

RPL27A Antibody, 60S ribosomal protein L27a Antibody, L27A Antibody, Ribosomal protein L27a Antibody

Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L15P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
RPL27A Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
RPL27A Antibody western blot of CHO cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The RPL27A antibody detected the RPL27A protein (arrow).

Western blot

Western blot
RPL27A Antibody western blot of K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The RPL27A antibody detected the RPL27A protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
RPL27A Antibody flow cytometry of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
