Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. By Western blot, this antibody recognizes a band at ~65 kD, representing bovine RPE65 protein. It has also been tested on recombinant human protein in COS7 cells. It may also be used in immunohistochemistry on murine retinal sections and ICC in porcine.
