Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10000, recognizes a band at 65kD, representing bovine RPE65 protein. Immunohistochemistry: 1:250. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
