Specificity and Use

Rotavirus antibody was raised against electron microscopy characterized wild strain, isolated from calf feces.
Recognizes rotavirus on bovine and human feces. Recognizes the 41kD capsid major protein, group specific antigen.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA.

Packaging

10 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
