  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About RICK / RIP2

O43353 NM_003821 NP_003812.1

RIPK2 Antibody, CARD-carrying kinase Antibody, CARDIAK Antibody, Growth-inhibiting gene 30 Antibody, Receptor interacting protein 2 Antibody, Receptor-interacting protein 2 Antibody, Rick Kinase Antibody, RIP2 Antibody, RICK Antibody, RIP-2 Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase RIPK2 Antibody, CARD3 Antibody, GIG30 Antibody

Serine/threonine/tyrosine kinase that plays an essential role in modulation of innate and adaptive immune responses. Upon stimulation by bacterial peptidoglycans, NOD1 and NOD2 are activated, oligomerize and recruit RIPK2 through CARD-CARD domains. Contributes to the tyrosine phosphorylation of the guanine exchange factor ARHGEF2 through Src tyrosine kinase leading to NF-kappaB activation by NOD2.
