An 18 amino acid peptide near the C-Terminus of human RFX1. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of RFX1.
Specificity
RFX1 antibody is human specific. At least two isoforms of RFX1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

Usage
RFX1 antibody can be used for detection of RFX1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 108 kDa Observed: 125 kDa
