Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Rabbit Polyclonal to Human RFC4
Human, Mouse, Rat
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Unconjugated
Immunohistochemical analysis of RFC4 staining in rat testis formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

About RFC4

P35249 BC024022 NP_002907.1

RFC4 Antibody, Activator 1 subunit 4 Antibody, A1 37 kDa subunit Antibody, Activator 1 37 kd subunit Antibody, Activator 1 37 kDa subunit Antibody, RFC37 Antibody, Replication factor C subunit 4 Antibody, RF-C 37 kDa subunit Antibody, RFC 37 kDa subunit Antibody

The elongation of primed DNA templates by DNA polymerase delta and DNA polymerase epsilon requires the accessory proteins proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and replication factor C (RFC). RFC, also named activator 1, is a protein complex consisting of five distinct subunits of 140, 40, 38, 37, and 36 kD. This gene encodes the 37 kD subunit. This subunit forms a core complex with the 36 and 40 kDa subunits.
