Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human RETNLB / RELM-Beta
IHC, Western blot
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Human RETNLB / RELM-Beta

Human RETNLB / RELM-Beta
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Recombinant human RELM- (resistin-like molecule- ).
Recognizes human RELM-. Does not cross-react with mouse RELM-.
ELISA (direct and indirect: 1:5000-1:10000). Western Blot (1:2000-1:10000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature).
PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
RETNLB Antibody, CCRG Antibody, Fizz1 Antibody, HXCP2 Antibody, Found in inflammatory zone 1 Antibody, Resistin like beta Antibody, Resistin-like beta Antibody, RELM-beta Antibody, RELMb Antibody, RELMbeta Antibody, RETNL2 Antibody, FIZZ2 Antibody, Xcp2 Antibody
FIZZ1 is the founding member of a gene family including two other murine genes expressed in intestinal crypt epithelium and white adipose tissue, and two related human genes. FIZZ1 mRNA and protein expression occur at low levels in a subset of bronchial epithelial cells and in non-neuronal cells adjacent to neurovascular bundles in the peribronchial stroma, and in the wall of the large and small bowel.
