Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:5000-1:10000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% non-fat milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at RT).

Storage
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
