Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 66.4.C2] (IgG2b,k) to Human Renal Cell Carcinoma
IHC - Paraffin
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1,k) to Human Renal Cell Carcinoma
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human Renal Cell Carcinoma
Human, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
Microsomal fraction of human renal cortical tissue homogenate.
Recognizes an epitope in the carbohydrate domain of human and rat Renal Cell Carcinoma. No cross-reactivity with Lewis blood group antigens, epithelial membrane antigen, HMFG and AB blood group antigens. Species cross-reactivity: Human and rat. Others not known.
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Reduced & non-reduced) and Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin). Immunohistochemistry: (Use Ab at 2-4 ug/ml for 60 min at RT). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Normal kidney or renal cell carcinoma.
