Reg3A in HepG2 Human Cell Line. Reg3A was detected in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Reg3A Monoclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
Detection of Human Reg3A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human small intestine tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ug/ml of Mouse Anti-Human Reg3A Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Reg3A at approximately 17 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
