Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
RBM28 Antibody, RNA binding motif protein 28 Antibody, RNA-binding motif protein 28 Antibody, RNA-binding protein 28 Antibody
RBM28 is a specific nucleolar component of the spliceosomal small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP)complexes . It specifically associates with U1, U2, U4, U5, and U6 small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs), possibly coordinating their transition through the nucleolus. Mutation in this gene causes alopecia, progressive neurological defects, and endocrinopathy (ANE syndrome), a pleiotropic and clinically heterogeneous disorder.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa using RBM28 antibody (Green) at 1:100 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha-tubulin antibody (Red) at 1:2500.
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A:293T. 7.5% SDS PAGE. RBM28 antibody diluted at 1:1000
