Specificity and Use
Pyruvate Kinase antibody was raised against pyruvate Kinase from rabbit muscle.
Recognizes all forms of Pyruvate Kinase. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum as well as purified and partially purified Pyruvate Kinase (Rabbit Muscle). Species cross-reactivity: Expected to cross-react Pyruvate Kinase from other mammals.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3658 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) rabbit tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3658 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot (Western and Dot Blot), Immunoprecipitation, Conjugation.
