Specificity
Recognizes frog Parvalbumin. Cross-reactivity with respect to the isoforms (PARV-alpha and beta) has not been studied. No significant cross-reactivity is seen with other CABPs or EF-hand containing proteins. Species cross-reactivity: bovine, human, mouse, rat, canine, feline and fish.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 (ECL). MW: ~12kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000. In ELISA, antibody reactivity is Calcium ion dependent.
