Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 (4% Paraformaldehyde fixed). Western Blot: Recognizes bands at 250, 190 and 180kD from embryonic rat brain extracts. Positive control: Embryonic or early post-natal rat brain.
