PTPRT antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-NTWEKPMLDQAV from an internal region of human PTPRT (NP_573400.2; NP_008981.3). Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Mouse (92%), Hamster (92%), Panda (92%), Rabbit (92%), Opossum (92%), Bat (83%).

Human PTPRT. This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms. Epitope corresponding to aa 58-69 of human PTPRT protein.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2604 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2604 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.
