Specificity
PTPRD antibody is human specific. At least three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed. PTPRD cleavage products are often observed in vivo

PTPRD antibody can be used for detection of PTPRD by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 165, 210 kDa (130 kDa for cleavage product) Observed: 130 kDa
