Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
PTK2B / PYK2 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the region of human Pyk2 that contains tyrosines 579 and 580. The sequence is conserved in human and rat.
Reactivity: Human Pyk2. Mouse and rat (100% homologous) Pyk2 have not been tested, but are expected to react.
Suitable for use in Western blotting applications. For Western blotting applications, we recommend using the antibody at a 1:1000 dilution. Positive control: Vanadate treated CEF cells expressing Pyk2 and plated on fibronectin.
Non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase that regulates reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, cell polarization, cell migration, adhesion, spreading and bone remodeling. Plays a role in the regulation of the humoral immune response, and is required for normal levels of marginal B-cells in the spleen and normal migration of splenic B-cells. Required for normal macrophage polarization and migration towards sites of inflammation.
