Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). Recognizes ~65kD (COX3) and ~53kD PCOX1a of human aorta under reducing and non-reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% BSA, 40% glycerol.
