Reacts with PGH synthase-1 from sheep, human and most other mammalian species, except mouse. Cross-reactivity with recombinant PGHS-2 is negligible at the recommended dilution.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. A dilution of 1:1000 for Western blots will detect PGHS-1 from most mammalian species (except mice). For tissues that express low levels of PGHS-1 it may be necessary to isolate microsomes and/or concentrate PGHS by immunoprecipitation prior to analysis on Western blots. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
