Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
PTGER3 / EP3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from C-Terminus of human PTGER3 (P43115, NP_942007). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gibbon, Monkey, Rabbit (100%); Horse (92%); Pig (84%).
LS-E12057 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C30929. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human PTGER3 / EP3
Lyophilized from PBS with 2% sucrose
100 µl After adding water, will consist of PBS buffer with 2% sucrose
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than one week): +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2); the EP3 receptor may be involved in inhibition of gastric acid secretion, modulation of neurotransmitter release in central and peripheral neurons, inhibition of sodium and water reabsorption in kidney tubulus and contraction in uterine smooth muscle. The activity of this receptor can couple to both the inhibition of adenylate cyclase mediated by G-I proteins, and to an elevation of intracellular calcium.
