Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 40kD band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK 293, HeLa and Jurkat and of Mouse Fetal Brain (calculated MW of 30.0kD according to NP_002790.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
