Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Human PRSS1 / Trypsin
Human, Bovine (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A/G purified
Specificity and Use
PRSS1 / Trypsin antibody was raised against trypsin purified from human pancreatic tissue (1).
Specific for human trypsin, trypsinogen and trypsin in complex with alpha-1-antitrypsin. Cross-reacts weakly with bovine trypsin. Epitope differs from that of LS-C39946. Can be used as both catching and detection antibody in sandwich ELISA. Recognizes human trypsin in Western blot under reducing conditions. Has the highest affinity of the trypsin clones available.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:4000.
PRSS1 / Trypsin is a trypsinogen, which is a member of the trypsin family of serine proteases. This enzyme is secreted by the pancreas and cleaved to its active form in the small intestine. It is active on peptide linkages involving the carboxyl group of lysine or arginine. Mutations in this gene are associated with hereditary pancreatitis. This gene and several other trypsinogen genes are localized to the T cell receptor beta locus on chromosome 7.
