Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Bovine (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Ion exchange chromatography
ELISA (1:400 - 1:20000)
Specificity and Use
PRSS1 / Trypsin antibody was raised against trypsinogen (Bovine Pancreas).
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, purified and partially purified trypsinogen (Bovine pancreas). Cross-reactivity against trypsinogen from other sources has not been tested.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:400-1:20000 (Coat with 1 ug/ml trypsinogen in a capture ELISA). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PRSS1 / Trypsin is a trypsinogen, which is a member of the trypsin family of serine proteases. This enzyme is secreted by the pancreas and cleaved to its active form in the small intestine. It is active on peptide linkages involving the carboxyl group of lysine or arginine. Mutations in this gene are associated with hereditary pancreatitis. This gene and several other trypsinogen genes are localized to the T cell receptor beta locus on chromosome 7.
