Specificity
Recognizes the large alpha subunit (~80-90kD) of placental PSE1 and human Ku in solution and when bound to DNA.

Usage
Western blot and electrophoretic mobility (gel shift) assays for identifying PSE1 or Ku. Used to immuno-deplete Ku protein from protein mixtures prior to specific DNA affinity chromatography. Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
