Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgM) to Human Proteoglycan, Fetal Cartilage
IHC, Western blot, ELISA, Radioimmunoassay
Human Proteoglycan, Fetal Cartilage
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Native fetal human cartilage aggrecan.
Recognizes a protein-related epitope on the chondroitin sulfate-attachment region of native fetal human articular cartilage proteoglycan. Does not react with chondroitinase or hyaluronidase digested fetal human cartilage aggrecan. Cross-reactive with both fetal and adult aggrecans of other species. Fetal specificity is only demonstrated in the human system.
Western Blot at 1:100-1:400. ELISA at 1:1000-1:4000. RIA at 1:200-1:4000. Immunohistochemistry (unfixed only) at 1:2-1:5. Storage and Handling: Maintain at-20?C in aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
