Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
Whole live cells of six human prostatic carcinoma cell lines, ALVA31, DU145, JCA1, LNCaP, ND1 and PC3.
Reacts with the cell surface transmembrane glycoprotein (MW ~110kD) of human prostate epithelial cells. Reacts with both benign and malignant cells. Reacts with DU145, ND1, PC3 and ALV31 cell lines. No reactivity with LNCaP and JCA1 cell lines.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Cells were treated with phospholipase C before staining with the antibody. Immunohistochemistry: Fresh frozen tissues.
PBS, pH 7.6, 0.1% sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
