Protein S isolated from human plasma.
Specificity
Recognizes human Protein S. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F184. Reacts strongly with protein S. Strong reaction is seen in sandwich ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antibody against protein S. Reactivity is Ca++ dependent and is optimal when using a Tris-buffer containing 1 mM CaCl2. In Dot blotting SDS-treatment abolishes the reactivity.
