Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Not recommended for Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Fresh frozen tissue sections): 1:10000-1:50000. Immunohistochemistry (Formaldehyde/formalin fixed paraffin sections): 1:100-1:1000; Pretreatment with 1% trypsin, 20 minutes at RT.
