Usage
ELISA: 1:10000 dilution with solid phase antigen. For sandwich ELISA, use as the capture antibody. Western Blot: 10 ug/ml under non-reducing and non-heating conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml on cultured cells, frozen and paraffin- embedded tissue sections.IHC-P requires Proteinase K antigen retrieval.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 50 µl sterile water.
Storage
Store at -20°C for up to 1 year. Can be preserved with 0.1% sodium azide and stored at 4°C for up to 6 months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Do not store diluted stock solution.
