Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhProlactin R is ~0.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhProlactin R is ~2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 ug/ml.
