Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse, Rat, Drosophila (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Specificity and Use
PRKAA1 + PRKAA2 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide (KLH-coupled) corresponding to residues surrounding Thr172 of human AMPK alpha.
Recognizes endogenous human AMPK alpha only when phosphorylated at Thr172. This antibody detects both alpha1 and alpha2 isoforms of the catalytic subunit, but does not detect the regulatory beta or gamma subunits. Species cross-reactivity.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000.
10 mM sodium HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% glycerol, 0.02% sodium azide
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
