Progesterone Receptor antibody LS-C9724 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Progesterone Receptor (PR) from chicken. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ICC, IHC, IP and WB.

Specificity
Recognizes the B form of chicken PR. Detects a band of ~110kD in chicken and rabbit, and a doublet or triplet band of ~120kD in human by Western Blot. Does not cross-react with ER (estrogen receptor) or GR (glucocorticoid receptor). Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, sheep, rabbit, bovine and guinea pig.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 20 ug/ml for frozen sections and 5 ug/ml for paraffin sections.
