A 20 residue synthetic peptide EDFGNEKSQEHFSHNTVRGC based on the human calcineurin A (aa 264-283) was synthesized and the peptide coupled to KLH. This sequence is identical to rat and mouse calcineurin A over these residues. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Bovine, Bat, Horse, Pig, Opossum, Platypus, Xenopus (100%); Stickleback, Zebrafish (95%); Orangutan, Hamster, Turkey (90%).
