Specificity
Specific for the gamma isoform of the human B (or B56) regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). Species cross-reactivity: Human. Based on sequence homology, reactivity with mouse and rat is expected.

- Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Detects a band of ~60kD in human PP2A B56 -transfected 293T cell lysates. Positive control: PP2A B56gamma-transfected 293T cell lysates.
