  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About PPID / Cyclophilin D

Q08752 NM_005038 NP_005029.1

PPID Antibody, Cyclophilin-40 Antibody, CYP40 Antibody, CYP-40 Antibody, Cyclophilin 40 Antibody, Cyclophilin-related protein Antibody, CYPD Antibody, PPIase D Antibody, Cyclophilin D Antibody, Peptidylprolyl isomerase D Antibody, Rotamase D Antibody

PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. Proposed to act as a co-chaperone in HSP90 complexes such as in unligated steroid receptors heterocomplexes. Different co-chaperones seem to compete for association with HSP90 thus establishing distinct HSP90-co-chaperone-receptor complexes with the potential to exert tissue-specific receptor activity control.

Western blot

Western blot
Antibody (0.1 ug/ml) staining of Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
