Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PPEF2 Antibody, PPP7CB Antibody, PPEF-2 Antibody, Protein phosphatase EF hand 2 Antibody
PPEF-2, a RdgC type serine/threonine phosphatase, is homologous to the Drosophila retinal degeneration C gene (rdgc) which is required to prevent light-induced retinal degeneration. However, elimination of PPEF function does not result in retinal degeneration in vertebrates. PPEF/RdgC subfamily members are characterized by C-terminal EF-hands (i. e., two or more EF-hand calcium-binding motifs).
PPEF2 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot of lysate from Y79 cell line, using PPEF2 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
