Anti-PPAR gamma pS273 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human PPARG protein.

Usage
Anti-PPAR antibody is useful for ELISA and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~57kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
