Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:8000. Western Blot: 1:500. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 20 ug/ml. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections.
