  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

  • Immunofluorescence (1:500)
  • Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)

Specificity and Use

Preparation of yeast proteins UV crosslinked to polyadenylated RNA.
Reacts cleanly with ~67kDa band on immunoblots, a little higher than the genuine molecular weight which is 63kDa. The antibody diffusely stains both the nuclei and cytoplasm of wild type yeast cells.
For immunofluorescence use Poly(A)-binding Protein 1 (Pab1p) antibody diluted 1:500. For western blots try the antibody at dilutions of 1:1000-1:5000.

Tissue culture supernatant, 10 mM sodium azide.
+4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
For research use only.
