Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Applications

Western blot (1:2000)

Specificity and Use

PML antibody was raised against recombinant partial human PML.
Recognizes human normal PML proteins of lower molecular weight, and also recognizes the high molecular weight PML/RARa chimeric protein in promyelocytic leukemia patients.
Suitable for use in Western blot: 1:2000 to differentiate normal PML and chimeric PML/RARa molecules based on their molecular weight.

Packaging

About PML

P29590 NM_002675 NP_002666.1

PML Antibody, PP8675 Antibody, Promyelocytic leukemia Antibody, Protein PML Antibody, TRIM19 Antibody, Promyelocytic leukemia protein Antibody, RING finger protein 71 Antibody, MYL Antibody, RNF71 Antibody

Functions via its association with PML-nuclear bodies (PML-NBs) in a wide range of important cellular processes, including tumor suppression, transcriptional regulation, apoptosis, senescence, DNA damage response, and viral defense mechanisms. Acts as the scaffold of PML-NBs allowing other proteins to shuttle in and out, a process which is regulated by SUMO-mediated modifications and interactions.
