Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

PLCG1 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide (KLH coupled) corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr783 of human PLC gamma 1.
Recognizes human PLC gamma 1 only when activated by phosphorylation at Tyr783. It does not cross-react with phosphorylated PLC gamma 2 or other PLCs. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse. Species sequence Homology: Rat - 100%.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000 incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Flow Cytometry: 1:25.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% Glycerol, No preservatives added
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
PLCG1 catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of receptor-mediated tyrosine kinase activators. For example, when activated by SRC, the encoded protein causes the Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor RasGRP1 to translocate to the Golgi, where it activates Ras.
