  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About PLAP / Alkaline Phosphatase

ALPP Antibody, ALP Antibody, Alkaline phosphomonoesterase Antibody, Glycerophosphatase Antibody, PALP Antibody, PLAP Antibody, PLAP-1 Antibody, Alp1 Antibody, Germ-cell alkaline phosphatase Antibody, Nagao isozyme Antibody, Regan isozyme Antibody

There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The first three are located together on chromosome 2 while the tissue non-specific form is located on chromosome 1.

Fluorescent confocal image of HeLa cells stained with ALPP antibody. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated ALPP primary antibody (1:100, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-mouse antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 ug/ml, 5 min). ALPP immunoreactivity is localized to the cytoplasm of HeLa cells.

Western blot

Western blot
ALPP Antibody western blot of mouse placenta tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). The ALPP antibody detected the ALPP protein (arrow).
