Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 100kD band observed in Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 88.1kD according to Mouse NP_080439.1 and 87.8kD according to Rat NP_001093969.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
