  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

PKD3 / PRKD3 antibody was raised against the epitope recognized maps to a region between residue 840 and the C-terminus (residue 890) of human Protein Kinase D3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry O9806 (GeneID 23683).
Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse is expected owing to complete identity between this ortholog and human PKD3 at the site to which the epitope maps.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Tris-citrate/phosphate, pH 7 to 8
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C

PRKD3 Antibody, EPK2 Antibody, PKC-NU Antibody, Pkcn Antibody, Protein kinase C, nu Antibody, Protein kinase EPK2 Antibody, PRKCN Antibody, Protein kinase C nu Antibody, Protein kinase C nu type Antibody, NPKC-NU Antibody, Pkcnu Antibody, PKD3 Antibody, Protein kinase D3 Antibody

PKD3 / PRKD3 belongs to the multigene protein kinase D family of serine/threonine kinases, which bind diacylglycerol and phorbol esters. Members of this family are characterized by an N-terminal regulatory domain comprised of a tandem repeat of cysteine-rich zinc-finger motifs and a pleckstrin domain. The C-terminal region contains the catalytic domain and is distantly related to calcium-regulated kinases. Catalytic activity of this enzyme promotes its nuclear localization.
