Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PITPNM3 Antibody, CORD5 Antibody, NIR-1 Antibody, NIR1 Antibody, PITPnm 3 Antibody, Retinal degeneration B alpha 3 Antibody, PITPNM family member 3 Antibody, RDGBA3 Antibody
PITPNM3 / NIR1 is a member of a family of membrane-associated phosphatidylinositol transfer domain-containing proteins. The calcium-binding protein has phosphatidylinositol (PI) transfer activity and interacts with the protein tyrosine kinase PTK2B (also known as PYK2). The protein is homologous to a Drosophila protein that is implicated in the visual transduction pathway in flies. Mutations in this gene result in autosomal dominant cone dystrophy.
NIR1 antibody [C3], C-term detects PITPNM3 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. HeLa cells were fixed in -20 100% MeOH for 5 min. PITPNM3 protein stained by NIR1 antibody [C3], C-term diluted at 1:500.
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A:293T, B: Raji. 7.5% SDS PAGE. PITPNM3 antibody diluted at 1:1500
