Specificity
Recognizes human p85 alpha subunit of PI 3- Kinase. Does not recognize p85 beta subunit. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml detected PI 3-Kinase in RIPA lysates from A431 cells. Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PI 3- Kinase (0.5 mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: Use 10 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug.
