Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PIK3C3 Antibody, HVps34 Antibody, Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase Antibody, VPS34 Antibody, PI3-kinase type 3 Antibody, PI3K type 3 Antibody, PtdIns-3-kinase type 3 Antibody
Catalytic subunit of the PI3K complex that mediates formation of phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate which plays a key role in initiation and maturation of autophagosomes. Involved in the transport of lysosomal enzyme precursors to lysosomes. Required for the abcission step in cytokinesis. Required for transport from early to late endosomes.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue reacted with PI3KC3 Antibody (S425), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of Phospho-PI3KC3-pS425 in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PI3KC3 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
